Міністерство закордонних справ України звертається до Європейського комітету проти тортур, Підкомітету ООН із запобігання тортурам, Робочої групи Ради ООН з прав людини з питань довільних затримань та Робочої групи Ради ООН з прав людини з питань насильницьких або недобровільних зникнень із закликом здійснити ретельний моніторинг ситуації щодо громадян України, незаконно утримуваних на території РФ та на окупованих Росією українських територіях.
