Формулювання цілей статті (постановка завдання). Метою дослідження є обґрунтування необхідності реформування механізму забезпечення захисту прав споживачів(на прикладі Донецької області) та вдосконалення окремих механізмів правового регулювання у сфері захисту прав споживачів в Україні. Для досягнення цієї мети в роботі ставляться такі завдання: проаналізувати стан проблем, пов’язаних із захистом прав споживачів в Донецькій області; визначити стан нормативно-правового забезпечення захисту прав споживачів в Україні та доцільність подальшого вдосконалення механізмів правового регулювання в цій сфері.

Results (English) 1:

The wording of the purposes of Article (problem).The study is the rationale for reforming the mechanism for consumer protection (for example, Donetsk region) and the improvement of certain mechanisms of legal regulation ofconsumer rights in Ukraine.To achieve this, the work include the following tasks: analyze the issues related to consumer protection in the Donetsk region;determine the status of the legal protection of consumers in Ukraine and feasibility of further improving the mechanism of legal regulation in this area.

The purpose of the study is the justification of the need for reform of the mechanism to ensure the protection of consumer rights (for example, Donetsk region) and improvement of individual mechanisms of legal regulation in the sphere of the rights of consumers in Ukraine. To achieve this goal in the work include the following tasks: to analyze the State of problems associated with the protection of the rights of consumers in Donetsk region; determine the status of regulations ensuring the protection of the rights of consumers in Ukraine and the expediency of further improving mechanisms of regulation in this sphere.

The redaction of aims article (the setting of task).The Exploration aim is substantiation necessity reformuvannya the mechanism of provision the defence of the rights of consumers (on instance Donetskoi area) and the improvement of several mechanisms of legal regulation in domainThe rights of consumers in ukraine.For the achievement of this aim in work treat such tasks: To analyze the condition of problems, associated with the defence of the rights of consumers in Donetskii area ;To determine the condition of normative-legal provision the defence of the rights of consumers in ukraine that expedience of the subsequent improvement of the mechanisms of legal regulation in this domain.
